3.1. HELP TREND is the sole entity operating the https://helptrend.ro/ website.
3.2. The main goal of the NGO is to collect and use donations to support the Ukrainian community in Vinnytsia. This includes purchasing non-perishable food (flour, sugar, canned goods, water, etc.), personal hygiene products (towels, soap, diapers, etc.), clothing, footwear, medical equipment and supplies.
3.3. HELP TREND is a Romanian-registered, non-profit, non-governmental organization, primarily focused on raising funds and providing humanitarian aid for people affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
3.4. We collaborate with influencers, media partners, and online communities to support transparent and effective fundraising campaigns.
4.1. Use of the site, including completing the “Make a donation now” form, implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. HELP TREND reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice, by updating this page. We recommend checking this section regularly for updates. Continued use of the website constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.
4.2. These Terms and Conditions fully and unconditionally apply to all site visitors.
5.1. All funds collected are directed to support those affected by the conflict in Ukraine, either directly or through accredited partners.
5.2. Donations made through the website are voluntary, non-refundable, and used solely for humanitarian purposes.
5.3. Campaigns conducted in collaboration with influencers will include periodic transparency reports on fund usage.
5.4. Donors may request additional details via the contact email provided on the site.
Collaborations are based on written agreements (volunteer contracts). Influencers must:

7.1. General Provisions
HELP TREND complies with data protection laws. Data collected is used solely for donation processing and administrative contact.

10.4–10.5. If a payment error is identified (e.g., duplicate payment), the User must contact the NGO within 7 working days using the contact information on the site.
10.6. The NGO will review and respond to requests within 5 working days. If a technical error is confirmed, it will take the necessary steps, including refunding the donation, if applicable.
10.7. Although donations are non-refundable, the NGO will handle proven technical issues transparently and fairly.
